Rachelle Costa

Rachelle has over 17 years of experience counseling clients in various real estate matters.   Rachelle’s focus is the representation of residential developers throughout California. Rachelle has expertise in master planned communities, mixed use projects, condominium projects and Department of Real Estate regulatory matters.  She represents numerous publicly held homebuilders, urban mid-rise and mixed-use developers, and developers of master planned communities in developing and processing projects and implementing programs associated with entitlement and sales activities. Rachelle also assists developers in preparation national form purchase agreement documents. 

Chris Costa

Chris has over 19 years of experience as a corporate and transactional attorney.  Chris has worked as a corporate attorney in major international law firms, where his practice focused on emerging growth clients and international mergers and acquisitions.  Chris has also served as the General Counsel to San Diego-area life sciences and technology companies.

Kristina Martinez

  

Kristina is experienced in various aspects of real estate transactions, including counseling clients regarding residential and commercial developments, commercial leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, and state and federal regulatory matters. Kristina’s practice currently focuses on advising clients regarding residential and mixed-use developments and California Department of Real Estate regulatory matters. 


Kristina graduated magna cum laude from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2016.  Kristina was Executive Editor of the University of San Francisco Law Review and received CALI Awards for Excellence in Commercial Real Estate Transactions, Evidence, Information Privacy, and Law & Philosophy. Kristina received a Bachelor of Arts in Slavic Languages and Literature from the University of California, Berkeley in 2010.  Prior to attending law school, Kristina was a paralegal specializing in products liability litigation.
